Summary

We use only the information needed to operate accounts, multiplayer games, rankings, community features, safety systems and first-party site measurement. We do not sell personal data.

Information we process

Account identifiers, profile name, optional email and account settings.
Game actions, match results, ratings, achievements and progression.
Chat messages, reports and moderation records.
Device, connection and reliability signals needed for security, abuse prevention and service operation.
For public guide pages: landing path, referring website host, campaign parameters, coarse device category, locale and a pseudonymous session identifier used to count visits and play-button clicks.

Why we process it

We process information to provide the game, synchronize and recover matches, calculate rankings, operate social features, understand which public guides help people reach the game, prevent cheating, investigate reports and maintain service security.

Site measurement

Spades Club records first-party acquisition events on its own infrastructure. The measurement does not create an advertising profile and is not sold to advertisers. Repeated events are deduplicated with a short-lived pseudonymous key.

Fair Play

Network and gameplay signals may identify suspicious coordination or repeated abuse. A shared network alone does not prove cheating. Automated signals do not issue permanent sanctions without human review.

Sharing and retention

Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to provide authentication, databases and edge hosting. Information is retained only while needed for the purposes above, legal obligations and dispute handling.

Your controls

You can edit your public profile and permanently delete your account from the Profile screen. Account deletion removes or anonymizes associated information subject to legal and safety retention requirements.

Children

Spades Club is not directed to children under 13. Age requirements may be higher where local law requires it.
