Inside the app
Use Profile to update your Spades ID, secure a guest account or delete the account. During a match, open chat and select Report on a message to send the table context to moderation.
Service status
Check the live service status.
Common fixes
If a table loses its connection, keep the app open while it reconnects. Your seat is protected and can be reclaimed after a temporary bot takeover. If account data does not load, verify your connection and restart the app.
