Delete your Spades Club account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data either in the official Spades Club app or by contacting our support team.
Delete inside the app
- Open Profile.
- Open the account section and select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
The signed-in account is deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@spade5.club from the email address connected to the account. Use the subject “Delete my Spades Club account” and include your Spades display name. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion and will complete a verified request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
Your account credentials, profile, display name, account-linked preferences, social connections, chat messages where legally possible, reports you submitted, ratings, badge progress and account-linked match history are deleted or permanently anonymized.
Limited data we may retain
We may retain minimal transaction records required for accounting or tax law, and limited security, fraud-prevention or moderation records where necessary to protect users or meet legal obligations. Store subscriptions are managed by Google Play or Apple; deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in your store subscription settings as well.
